Review: June 2012 Influenster Mom VoxBox

July 1, 2012

Influenster Mother's Day VoxBox Review and contents

I joined Influenster a few months ago, if you’re not familiar with the website, it’s a community that offers feedback and product reviews in exchange for samples and special rewards from major brands. I completed a few surveys and I was eligible for the Mom VoxBox because, well, I’m a mom. So here are the contents of the June VoxBox, that I received a few days ago.

Here’s what’s inside the VoxBox:

  • A bar of Ivory soap
  • DenTek Comfort Clean & Fun Flossers
  • Stash Tea Superfruits Tea Sampler
  • Quaker Soft Baked Cookies
  • imPRESS Press-On Manicure
  • Dino Lingo Language Learning Program Sampler

Contents Mothers Day VoxBox

Quaker Soft Baked Cookies – as expected, the cookie was delicious. My only complaint, just one cookie?!?

Quaker Soft Baked Cookies

Stash Tea Superfruits Team Sampler – A variety of favorite flavors like raspberry, pomegranate, Acai berry and blueberry make this tea the star of the Voxbox. Picture flavored iced tea with slices of lime or slivers of strawberry. Divine! There were also a few packets of Necktar Honey Crystals to sweeten your tea; a nice way to travel with honey if that’s your thing.

imPRESS Press-On Manicure by Broadway Nails -Remember Lee Press on Nails? Well these are the 2012 version.

Impress press on manicures

DenTek Comfort Clean & Fun Flossers – these single-use dental flossers are colorful and small enough for a child but completely unnecessary. Normal dental floss will do, don’t waste your money.

The box also included a demo version of Dino Lingo Language Learning Program which isn’t a full program so I couldn’t really asses how well it works. So my best guess is maybe. And there was also a bar of Ivory soap. Really? It’s 2012 and this soap has existed as long as I’ve been alive so I’m guessing that anyone reading this has already used this soap if only in a restroom. Overall the box was just okay and I can’t really complain because it was free. If you’re interested in trying the Influenster program you can sign up at http://www.influenster.com.

This box looks fun. I joined Influenster as well a couple of months ago, but all I got to try so far was dish washing detergent and a sponge. Not quite as exciting as press-on nails or cookies. Haha.

The vox box looks incredible. I love the press on nails and I would love to have them. The cookie looks delicious.
