Själ Skincare Rose Aura Cleansing Set

As a professional Crystal Healer, I was immediately drawn to Själ Skincare because of their use of crystal and mineral energies in their beauty products. I recently spent some time testing out their Rose Aura Cleansing Set ($140) which includes balans deep pore cleanser 5 oz, mineral källa energy tonic 5 oz, cela intuitif light cellular renewal crème 10ml and natural konjac sponge.

According the Sjal website balans [balance] is a deep pore cleanser that also:

promotes cellular detoxification, oxygenation and brightening (germanium and pearl extract)
helps regulate sebum and minimizes pores (African whitewood extract)
protects against water loss (fig leaf extract)
softens and soothes skin (rice bran extract, vitamin E)

The cleanser is a lightweight gel with a gentle scent. The cleanser washes away clean leaving no residue behind. This cleanser is infused with gold, silver and germanium for anti-microbial, cellular re-generation and detoxifying properties and contains pearl extract for brightening the skin.

The mineral kalla [source] is a mineral rich tonic that has multiple uses, it can be used as a skin treatment, a skin protectant or as a skin refresher throughout the day. This tonic is enriched with a rose quartz and rhodonite elixir for calming as well as gold and silver for natural anti-microbial, anti-bacterial properties, tissue and cellular regeneration. Sjal lists the key benefits as:

hydrates for up to 24 hours by 300% (bio-adhesion moisture complex)
provides anti-stress, anti-inflammation (adaptogens: artic root, Siberian ginseng)
functions as a mineral primer for skin (gold and silver)
protects against ozone pollution (Swiss environmental complex)

The cela intuitif light cellular renewal crème is lightweight and perfect for oily skin. It’s designed to fight the effects of photo-aging through cell renewal. This moisturizer helps to promote skin clarity and gently reduce fine lines through the use of natural fruit acids which provide a very gentle exfoliation of dead skin cells. Key benefits also include:

diminishes appearance of wrinkles (long term peptide complex, DEJ elasticity complex)
evens skin pigmentation (pearl, licorice)
protects renewed skin against further damage from free radical scavengers (vitamin C, superoxide dismutase)
soothes and de-sensitizes skin (algae, bisabol)

The Konjac Sponge is a great addition to this kit; it’s 100% natural and helps to gently exfoliate skin. As you know exfoliation helps to eliminate blackheads and keep pores free to excess oils and dead skin cells.

Overall I was very happy with the quality of the Själ Skincare Rose Aura Cleansing Set. The balans cleanser was light and gently and when used in conjunction with the Konjac sponge I found it helpful for gently daily exfoliation. The mineral kalla tonic is a lovely toner that can be used as a gently makeup remover. I enjoyed the way that my skin felt afterwards, not tight or overly dried out. The cela intuitif creme provided just the right amount of moisture for the winter season and was not too rich for my oily skin.
