Review: Smooth Essentials Delectable Sugar Silky Body Butter

I have a weakness for great smelling sweetly fragrant beauty products. In fact my sweet tooth extends well beyond my love of candy confections and baked goods all the way through to my beauty products. I just love great smelling things, especially when they smell good enough to eat! That’s why when I tried Smooth Essentials Delectable Sugar Silky Body Butter, not only fabulous smelling product but a super rich moisturizing body butter, I was hooked. It smells absolutely delicious!

All Smooth Essentials products are minimally preserved, packaged in recyclable and never animal tested, making them cruelty-free and environmentally friendly. These at home spa products are also paraben free and uses natural ingredients like sunflower seed oil, jojoba, essential oils, aloe and shea butter to keep skin healthy and soft. I recently tried the Smooth Essentials Body Scrub which did an amazing job of exfoliating my skin and leaving it well moisturized.

This silky body butter is extra thick, thicker and creamier than most moisturizers on the market. It absorbs very quickly and your skin will stay nourished and moisturized for throughout the day without feeling greasy. This body butter is enriched with Jojoba oil, Aloe and beeswax making it perfect for those extra dry areas that need a little more attention to stay soft and smooth. The scent is very sweet but does it does not linger too long after application, which I would have prefered since it smells so amazing, but it fades pretty quickly after application.

Overall I loved how well this body butter worked on my driest areas like my knees and heels. In fact I’ll share a little tip with you, after showering slather this body butter on your feet and put on a pair of cotton socks. In the morning your feet with feel super soft and smooth!
