Whenever I need to shave my legs I like to use a thick, creamy saving gel. And even though many shave creams and gels have moisturizing ingredients they still leave my legs dry. I’ve tried just shaving with water and that’s been a total disaster. I’ve also used everything from body wash to lotion to shave and none of that really seemed to work. So I basically dealt with the situation and then used shea butter or coconut oil after shaving for softer skin.
Well at a recent Spa Week media event I received a bottle of Whish Shave Cream in my gift bag, its fabulous shaving cream with lots of natural ingredients. This shaving cream is non-foaming but very thick and luxurious. It contains some good for you ingredients like organic raspberry butter to moisturize, organic coconut oil to protect against free radicals and organic jojoba seed oil to nourish dry skin.
Shaving with Whish Shave Cream made such a big difference in my grooming routine, after showering my legs weren’t as dry or itchy. Some shaving creams contain harmful ingredients like Propane, Isobutane and Mineral Oil but Whish doesn’t contain any of that, its paraben free, sulfate free and cruelty free. I’d have to guess that some of the ingredients that were in my old shave gel were making my skin super dry so moving to a product that uses all natural and organic ingredients has been beneficial. An added benefit, at least for me is that Whish shaving cream has a delicious almond scent that’s sweet but not overwhelming. They also carry other scents like lemongrass, lavender and pomegranate. I haven’t tried those but I can only imagine how wonderful they smell! Have you tried Whish?
