I’ll admit it, I’m a germaphobe. I don’t like people coughing near me and I constantly wash my hands or use hand sanitizer throughout the day. So as you can image my hands get very dry. With dry hands it’s important to keep lotion nearby. In fact I keep a tube at my desk, in my handbag, on my nightstand…well you get the idea.
I recently tried Repêchage Sea Spa Hand Cream that contains seaweed as well as vitamins and minerals. I’m a huge fan of seaweed, both as a food and as a beauty product. Seaweed contains anti-inflammatory properties, hydrates and locks in moisture. Some types of seaweed, like green seaweed, stimulates synthesis of collagen & elastin fibers which of course helps the skin to look firm and youthful.
The hand cream is water based and feels light to the touch with a light scent of eucalyptus. Within moments of application the cream absorbed very well leaving my hands and cuticles looking and feeling instantly more hydrated. Repêchage Sea Spa Hand Cream also contains Shea Butter which is excellent for dry skin. Combine that with soothing lavender and chamomile, this lotion is very soothing on sensitive skin like mine.
Overall I loved it so I’ll be tucking this little gem in my handbag, after all a girl can’t have too many beauty products. Right?
