NIVEA Lip Butters have been on the beauty scene for a few weeks now. I was sent several tins for review and if you know me then you know a love a good “lippy” whether that’s a fabulous lipstick, gloss or lip balm.
So far I’ve tested out the Raspberry Rose Kiss Lip Butter and the Caramel Cream Kiss. The balms are packaged in a convenient flat round tin that’s perfect for throwing in a small clutch or purse. These lip butter gives your lips a subtle sheen and has just a bit of color in it but not enough to wear as a gloss. They have a creamy texture and condition with Shea Butter and Sweet Almond Oil.
These NIVEA lip butters are nicely scented especially the Raspberry Rose Kiss which of has a subtle rose scent. The Caramel Cream Kiss smells a bit like caramel popcorn and the Vanilla & Macadamia Kiss has a slight nutty scent (not too much like Vanilla). However NIVEA does carry an unscented version if you prefer something simple.
These lip balms apply smoothly to the lips thanks to their creamy texture. They’re also very hydrating; keeping my lips thoroughly moisturized for several hours without reapplication. A definite keeper for my purse!
Overall, I loved these lips butters: They are affordably priced at about $5.49 per tin! They are uber hydrating and soft lips are a great accessory. These lips butter do an excellent job at keep chapped lips at bay with ingredients like Shea Butter and Almond Oil. And they smell really nice which entices me to use them constantly!
Have you tried NIVEA lips butters?
