I believe that health and fitness are as important as work, spirituality and love. Exercise and good nutrition fight disease, boost mood and of course control weight so there’s a lot to love about taking great care of yourself.
So I’m always reading and researching foods, supplements and reading health and fitness sites and magazines. Keeping up health and fitness fanatics is easy to do on twitter and it’s helps to keep me on track with my fitness goals. One of my favorite people to follow on twitter is @KimsBeautyDetox aka Kimberly Snyder, a nutritionist to Hollywood’s top celebrities such as Drew Barrymore and Fergie. She always has great health, beauty and nutrition tips so follow her on twitter if you need some fit-spiration!
One of the things that Kim talks about quite a bit is her green smoothies, which are packed full of vitamins, nutirients and fiber. I sometimes make my own green juice so I thought that I would share Kim’s recipe too.

Geen smoothies have amazing health benefits like eliminating toxins that can cause acne, easing digestion and stabilizing blood sugar. Sometimes people even drink them to detox from sugar craving – believe me I can relate! So why not add one to your diet weekly and then trying adding them daily, your body will thank you.
Will you or have you tried any green smoothie drinks?
