Nail Polish War: Essie Fifth Avenue vs Essie First Dance

I must admit that I am not a fan of the color orange, in fact orange is my least favorite color. So when the orange lip trend hit the runways I was not a happy camper to say the least. I am a red kind of gal, red just drips with sophistication and sexy and quite frankly it’s my go to color when I want to turn it up a notch. So when I tried Essie’s Fifth Avenue shade and loved it, I was pleasantly surprised. Here’s a swatch:
